The Madison New Delhi pleasantly surprised me with its value for money. Despite being a budget hotel, the prices were reasonable and affordable. The hotel also paid attention to detail by providing basic amenities like air fresheners in the rooms. Located within a polished area, it was just a short distance away from major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and the service was commendable. Additionally, the breakfast, although with limited options, was included in the stay.

All in all, this hotel was a great choice for my stay.

very bad internet connection, poor breakfast selection. reception refuses to help in calling taxis, trying to force their car service at rip-off prices (x5 times the taxi rate), however if you are persistant and show that you mean business, they give you the service. a trip to almost any Delhi destination should be 200-500 Rupi, airport 300-600 Rupi. dont pay more.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness and the convenience of its location, as it was only a short distance away from the place I needed to visit. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast served was delicious, and the hotel facilities were great too.

They served me a glass of mineral water without my requesting it. I had one glass of wine $ 9.00 (portion about 5 ounces). Then on checkout they tried to charge me for the glass of mineral water i did not order. The drain in the shower was plugged and water overflowed.

Luxurious rooms, fully equipped. Nice, small restaurant with excellent choice in food, being of good standard and affordable.

Service was very poor. Hotel staff promised things that were never done. No hotel shuttle from airport, although asked for in the reservation. Bill was not made in time, as promised. Visa didn't work at the reception, printer did not work. They promised to send the bill by mail. This was not done. It was send after three phone calls and two mails from my side. No alcoholic drinks are served.

Our stay was not a great experience. The bathroom was not clean and the toiletries were not regularly replenished.

Management was teaching staff how to makeup lies, but didn't manage it very well so everyone had a different story!! They tried to charge more than they should, the 1st time was by trying to give me the smallest room they have although i'm paying for the biggest, then they ended up putting me in the 2nd large suite and kept promising to shift me to the bigger room the next day, if never happened. They didn't offer what they were promising on the webpage and despite my complains they acted so careless. After complaining to Booked.net they tried to make it up to me with some discounts, but still, honesty and professionality was missing. Detailed review is coming up.

City location. Rear room not noisy

It was advertised and classed as 4* hotel with swimming pool, sauna, massage. Non of theses facilties were there. It should be rated as 3 *, I booked this hotel to enjoy the luxuries. I was offered other hotels at half prices, but they did not advertised these comforts,in your website, so I selected to stay there. But bitterly disappointed, paid more charges and did not got any facilty. It's worth Rs. 3000 a night ,not Rs. 4500 plus taxes. Can I get the refund?. I planned to stay there for 7 nights but stayed there for 2 nts only. Wont recommend as 4* hotel to other travellers.
